November 2024: Initital conversations with West Mercia Police & Talk Community about youth voice and community concerns in Bromyard
December 2024 to February 2025: Exploratory conversations with wide range of Bromyard based organisations and individuals already supporting children and young people. This included Bromyard Town Councillors & County Councillors, St Peter’s Church, Bromyard Food Bank
February 2025: Desk and street research into youth activities already available in the town and surrounding area
February 2025: Young people from P.O.V. Producers group visit Bromyard to take street portraits of community leaders including Scouts, Bromyard Pride, Halo, Art Club, Legges & Councillors
February 2025: Introduction to Queen Elizabeth High School
February to April 2025: Survey sessions take place at St Peter’s Primary
March 2025: Creative consultation session with Bromyard Guides
March 2025: Series of creative consultation sessions with Hope Centre Youth Group
March 2025: Conversation with Bromyard Youth Theatre (Courtyard Centre for the Arts-run) at The Conquest Theatre, Bromyard
March 2025: Consultation with Kempson Players Committee to ask how young people currently use Bromyard’s large park

July - August 2025: Pop-up sessions (engagement event) aimed at 9-12 year olds at The Bromyard Centre with support from West Mercia Police, Talk Community, High Sheriff of Herefordshire, Halo, Hope Centre, Strong Young Minds, & Herefordshire Libraries
August 2025: Artwork exhibited as part of Bromyard Artwalk
July 2025: Hope Centre Youth group responding to the survey and creating presentation and interview questions for the Sharing Event
July 2025: Bromyard Conquest Courtyard Youth Theatre commissioned to create original performances based on the Youth Voices report findings
August 2025: Youth engagement event for 13-16 year olds at Halo with support from West Mercia Police and Talk Community
September 2025: Creative Writing Group producing content in response to the findings
