User-Generated Content Terms & Conditions

By sending Film/Photo/Visual Art/Written Material Content to Rural Media for the P.O.V. project, you are agreeing to our terms of conditions.

Any Film/photo/visual art/written material submission may be used in our social media or digital events for the P.O.V. project.

If you are filming/photographing people, please make sure you have their permission, especially if they are in a private place (their home, workplace, etc.)

Get permission from the landowner if you are filming on private land.

If you are under 18, you need to get parental consent to send us your work.

We will reserve the right to use and re-use your material on the P.O.V. website, P.O.V. digital events, on Rural Media’s Instagram/Facebook and Twitter and to keep your work for future reference. We reserve the right to edit, amend, cut, translate and/or alter your work, but only if we need to so that it is ready for sharing in our online platform. We will reserve the right to use your work for publicity or marketing for P.O.V./Rural Media.

Entries can be sent in via WHATSAPP to 07799 814215. This number is not monitored and cannot be used for enquiries.

If you send something in, please make sure you keep a copy as we won’t be able to send filmed submissions back.
