Young Creatives takeover at old Argos store in Hereford

Young creatives are hosting a takeover event at Powerhouse Studios in Hereford on 23 October 2021.

Brought together by Rural Media’s Point Of View project, the Young Creatives are a collective of artists, performers, musicians and makers aged between 14-25 years old.

The lo-fi takeover will showcase parkour, dance, spoken word, poetry, art and live music. Visitors can check out the P.O.V. Portraits exhibition, which was installed at Powerhouse during the summer, and listen to youth-led discussion panels. There’ll also be opportunities to have a 1-minute rant about life in a rural county.

The event is free and will also bring together a wide array Herefordshire organisations working with young people.

Doors open at 2pm with live performances running until 6pm.
