Annie, aged 13, lives on a farm with her family and grandparents in rural south Shropshire. She enjoys farming and helping her dad because there is never a dull day and always something to do. She has been pulling lambs since she was four years old and said working on the farm from such a young age has enabled the difficult concept of death to become normalised and easier to handle, which is a good life skill to have.
Annie, whose youngest neighbour is 60 years old, says she sometimes feels lonely.
