“Hereford’s not so different from Cambridge, it’s more rural, it’s really nice here and great for long walks and runs.”
Max is the Bass Choral Scholar of Hereford Cathedral Choir. Originally from Cambridge, Max has been a member of St John’s College Choir and also Rugby School Choir being taught by James Oxley. As the youngest scholar, he finds it challenging to learn the music quickly and hopes to improve his sight reading whilst at Hereford. Next year, he moves onto Royal Holloway to study maths but will continue to sing and join choirs. He hopes to be a professional singer.
