“The best thing about Hereford is the opportunities I have here that I never had in Blackpool. But at the same time, they don’t have a lot of jobs going especially for young people.”
Nathan (@nathan_thompson310302) is originally from Blackpool but moved to Hereford in February 2020 to come and live with his girlfriend. In September, he began a three-year apprenticeship at TPG Disable Aids as an engineer. Alongside this, he is an EPIC at Close House which allows him to help the community and give back. For him, Close House is a safe place that has helped him massively since moving here, enabling him to meet a group of friends in Hereford.
